What a beautiful day. It was my first Easter Sunday actually making the entire meal... and I did it!! The miracle -- it was good. I have been cooking for years, but this tasting good business is new to me. I made a roast, carrots, potatoes, strawberry shortcake (cake from scratch -- real whipped cream)! I know! I am amazed myself. It was a wonderful evening.

Holy Dang you did alot of Easter celebrating. Your doing awesome as a new mom! Hope your not too stressed out. And Stamp Club on the 31st to boot. You are amazing!
